March 24th.  The Wind S. blowing high, cloudy and dark and pretty cold all day, yet it made no rain neither in the day nor night. Here Ends the year 1750.
March 25th. 1751.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, and raining more or less from 4 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon & all the rest of the day was cloudy and dark, and rained very hard again in the night. paid 2is. more to Richard Parry of Pen y Dre for hay Seed.
26th.  The Wind N. N. W. in the morning and blowing very high &stormy - from 2 in the morning till 8 when it settled at W. & blew high & cold all the rest of the day.
27th.  The Wind S. W. blowing fresh and cold, generally dark & cloudy with some rain, the wind came to N.W.in the night & was very fair and light.
28th.  The Wind S. W. blowing high, cloudy, dark & cold, but continued dry all day: gave my Son 5 pounds 8 shillings to bear his expences ontheCircuit which begins ye 3d. of Next Month, haveing occasion in the meantime to sollicit the buisness of [? sw] by [? sw]
