October 28th.  The Wind N. E. blowing moderate & not cold, some sun shine, but generally dark & cloudy, yet made no– rain: The Priest finished the Sermon he begun this day– fortnight.
29th.  The Wind N. blowing pritty fresh & cold, but pleasant dry weather all day, tho something cloudy for the most part. 
30th.  The Wind N. blowing fresh and very cold, cloudy & dark for the most part, yet continued dry all day.
3ist.  The Wind N. E. blowing fresh and very cold, & generally Sun- shiny[, sw] but dry all day and night: Pd. Thomas ab Harri Roberts 4s 6d. for 6 days he worked here at 9d. a day in mending the— furniture for the horse teams; Pd. him likewise is. [1/- sw] for a piece of a skin he bought: & I owe Robert Davies the Currier for half a horse ’s hide besides, that went to the said work, & pd. 2s. 6d. for 3 yards of cloath employed in the Sd. work · & 1d.2/1 for Buckles
November ist.  The Wind S.W. blowing high. dark & cloudy, especially in the Evening attended with frequent showers of driveing rain till far in the night .
2d.  The Wind N. blowing fresh & very cold, yet generally Sunshiny and dry all day: Pd. Marget uch huw Morus 1s. 6d. for a fore quarter of Veal & the head: & bought of Rhys bentir a Side of Mutton for – 2s. 6d. & paid 3d. for Turnips ·
3d.  The Wind S.W· blowing fresh cloudy & dark with a driveing rain most part of the day till 3 in the Evening, the rest of the day was dry: My people at the same work this week as the– last, but the 2 last days they were fallowing the wet field by Coydan: pd. Wm. Wms. the Joyner 38 shillings for 38 days work & pd. Owen Warmingham's wife 6s. for Ale the people had in dis- charging Sand Vessels .
4th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, and generally dark & cloudy, yet some Sun shine & dry all day.
5th.  The Wind W. in the morning; came to N. W.about noon; blew hard & very cold attended with frequent showers of hail &sleet A very full Fair to day at LLanfechell of all sorts, of Cattle, but little asking & fewer bought than in any Fair these 20 years_ I bought 3 bullocks four year old next May for i4L. 15s.&paid for  them, pd. also 5s. for a hat for Hugh ’Bwiliam Gabriel. &6d. for Nuts ·
6th.  The Wind N. blowing high & very cold all day, & made some small showers of Sleet, but were soon over.
