May 8th.  The Wind E. blowing fresh & cold in the morning; the Even - ing calmer, warmer & attended with small showers of mizling rain .
9th.  The Wind E. blowing pretty fresh & cold this morning also: and the Evening calm & warmer: all this day also was cloudy & dark with — some mizling rain: Paid Marged ’chuw Morus 2s. 4d. for 2sides of lamb. I had a very uneasy restless night this night·
i0th.  The Wind N.E. calm & generally Sun Shiny and warm most part of this day: My – distemper was very troublesome to me this day and I was sicker at heart than at any time these 4 or 5 months: Paid Wm. Bevan 4s. 6d. for labouring work.
iith.  The Wind N.E. blowing moderate and not cold, and for the most part it was Sun shiny and fair, but very dry·
i2th.  The Wind S. blowing pretty fresh, Sunshiny for the most part this day also
i3th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, dark cloudy weather almost all this day, yet continued without makeing hardly any rain .pd. 6d. for fish.
i4th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh cloudy dark weather all this day also till past 4 in the Evening and made but very little or no rain this day likewise.

 The Wind S. blowing moderately and generally Sun shiny all this day likewise but very dry and rain much wanted: Paid Owen Hughes the Smith's Bill since August last, being iL. i2s. 6d.

i6th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, some sun shine, but generally cloudy& dark and raining pretty hard all the morning, the Evening was Sun shiny&dry. Pd. Marged’chuw Morus 3s. for a side of poor veal.
i7th.  The Wind S. blowing pretty fresh and generally cloudy and dark and made some little rain this day also: This Day I executed a Codicil to be annexed to to my will bearing date the 2d. day of April i757.
i8th.  The Wind S.  blowing moderate, yet pretty cold for the time of the year and a great part of the day was dark & cloudy & made a sharp shower about noon the Evening was altogether day.
i9th.  The Wind N. blowing pretty fresh and very cold and generally Sun shiny and dry from 6 in the morning till night : it made 2 or 3 small showers in the morning before 6 . but this night from i0 to i in the morning it rained extream hard.
20th.  The Wind N. E blowing pretty fresh, Sun shiny, fair dry all day and the sun very warm, but the wind blew very cold: pd. Owen Edward the Cowman his full wages being iL. 9s. I had Wm. Prichard of Clwchdernog served this day with a Notice to part with my farms at Allsainsts next; which if he does not, I am determined to eject him and break his lease for his manifold breaches of the– Covenants in the Said Lease.
2ist.  The Wind N.E. blowing fresh and very cold and a very thick hoar frost this – morning: all this day was dry, Sunshiny and fair.
