iith.  The Wind S. blowing fresh and especially in the Evening and raining almost all this day, & often very hard.
12th. 9❍ [this is written vertically between '12th.' and 'Ecclips Invis–' sw] Ecclips Invis– [this is written in the margin opposite this entry sw] The Wind S. blowing moderate, and raining without any intermission & for the most part very hard from before— 7 in the morning till near i in the Even ing; the rest of the day was dry & some Sun shine, bought of Rhŷs Bentir– a Side of Mutton for 3shillings . pd. Rolant ab Wm. Rolant alias Maharen bâch i5d. for fish had to day & before.
i3th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh and rained about 8 in yeMorning the rest of the day was dry & generally Sun Shiny; My people this week at the same work as the last.
i4th.  The Wind S.W. blowing pritty fresh with some small showers ofrain morning & Evening, but very little of it, but generally dry Sun– shiny & fair: The Priest made a silly confused discourse upon a plain Text which was both naturall to conceive & rationall. John i Epist. Chap. 3d. & 2ist. verse.
i5th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh and cold, but generally Sun Shiny and dry except 2 or 3 small showers of rain in the Evening &night.
16th.  The Wind S.W. blowing fresh & cold, generally cloudy & dark with some rain in the morning,and severall showers after the fall of night: Paid the Excise Officer 20s. for Composition for Malt, being obliedged to pay for one head more that here tofore as were all the rest that did compound, and some advanced more in their composition·
i7th.  The Wind W. blowing fresh & very cold, but made little or no rain till 5 in the Evening when a great shower fell: Pd. i3s. 6d. for half a pegget of Wheat at LLanerchymedd.
i8th.  The Wind S. W· blowing fresh and raining hard most part of the morning, the Evening was dry, but cloudy and dark·
i9th.  The Wind N. blowing moderate, a good deal of Sun shine and drying well generally all this day: Paid Rhys Bentir – 2s.9d. for a quarter of Veal, & is. [1/- sw] to Marget uch huw Morus for a quarter of Mutton·
