September 30th.  The Wind S. blowing very high & stormy notwithstanding very heavy rains & much of it morning and Evening which continued with very little intermission all day & most part of the night: The Priest finished his hell fire Sermon which he begun this day – Six weeks.
October ist.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, cloudy & dark all day: about i0 in the morning it lightned & made a great crack of thunder; which was attended with a long heavy shower of rain, the- rest of the day was dry till 8 at night when it rained again excessive hard for near two hours.
2d.  The Wind W. blowing fresh & cold, & Sun shiny fair & dry all day: LLanerchymedd Fair proved but an indiferent one – low prices & small asking · Pd. wages to day 10s. to Hugh Owen, 12s to Wm. Thomas, 8s. to Ann Mark & 7s. to Jane Edward .
3d.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, & raining hard about 7 in the - morning, & made severall small showers afterwards before noon all the rest of the day was sun shiny and dry·
4th.  The Wind S. W. & by S. blowing fresh, some little rain in the morning, but this day was generally dry, Sunshiny & fair ·
5th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, cloudy & dark with a dirty mizling rain almost all day & a great part of the night: Pd. Cousin Humphrey- Mostyn's bill being iL. 5s. & pd. Rhys bentir 3s. 4d. for a Side of Mutton & Pd. Marged uch Huw Morris 1s. for a quarter of Mutton. & pd. 6d.for Turnips
6th.  The Wind S. W. blowing moderate, generally cloudy & dark,but continued dry all this day: My people employed this week in Carrying Sand & grubbing Gors for the Winter fire.
7th.  The Wind S. W. calm, Sun Shiny & fair and dry all day: A very great congregation to day at LLanfechell Church tho there was no sermon· 
8th.  The Wind E.& by S. blowing very moderate, calm & generally Sun shiny and warm and dry all day.
9th.  The Wind W. &by N. calm weather and raining hard in the – morning about 7, dry afterwards till noon,and rained from that time till 4 very hard again .
