May i9th.  The Wind E.N.E. calm sun shiny dry and very hot and Sultry all day: Pd. 2s. 2d. for Butcher's meat.
20th.  The Wind N. N. W. very calm, hot & Sultry & exceeding dry: My people this week employed chiefly in stocking up Gors, washing the Sheep & shearing.
2ist.  The Wind W. & by N. very calm, sun shiny hot & sultry & exceeding dry & scorching this day also.

The Wind E. N. E. blowing fresh sun shiny, hot and very scorching all this day; but the plentifull dew that falls - every night is a great refreshment both to the Corn & grass.

23d.  The Wind N.E. very calm, sun shiny hot & sultry all day
24th.  The Wind E. calm sun shiny, hot & very Sultry all this day also; Paid Sion ifan i5s. in part of this year's wages·
25th.  The Wind  N.  E. blowing moderate, & generally cloudy & dark but very sultry; and made some refreshing warm rain about 7 in the Evening : Pd, Hugh Lodwig 20s. being the remainder in full of his winter's wages; & pd. Rolant Griffith 40s. in full of his winter's wages.
26th.  The Wind E. calm & generally cloudy & overcast,but very Sultry all day and brought down a fine,warm rain from 4 in the Evening dureing the rest of the day: Paid Rhŷs Bentir2s. 2d. for a quarter of Veal & the head.
27th.  The Wind S. calm, cloudy & dark and raining a warm rain plentifully for the greatest part of this day.
28th.  The Wind S. rained a very great shower about 6 in ye Morning and the rest of the day was sun shiny,fair & warm .
29th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, & for the most part sun shiny: & warm all day . Pd. Wm. Rowland 23s. in full of his winter's wages.
30th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate cloudy in the morning, but ye Evening Sun shiny & dry all day except a small shower about sun rise.
3ist.  The Wind N. N.W. blowing fresh, cloudy & dark in the morning but the Evening Sun Shiny & fair & dry all day, but the weather for this week last past was cold ·
