March 22d.  The Wind W. blowing moderate, cloudy and dark all day; in the Evening it blew fresh from S. W. and was much overcast. had 1s. returned me after paying for the Æthiops minerall being 3 ounces; the Clover Seed cost me 3d. a pound & I had for my 10s. 6d.  42 pound, pd. 1s. 9d.for Carrying of it.
23d.  The Wind S. blowing fresh & something cold, cloudy and dark all day; finished to day sowing all my Oats & pease__ and also my hay seed & Clover in 3 small fields in ferem Sowed likewise in the Garden Carrot & Onion & Leek Seeds, and also two large pieces with Crab [❚ sw] Apple & some Pear Kernels; planted likewise some Garlick & Shallott. & Sowed Cauly flower & Cabbage Seeds for May plants.

24th.  The Wind S. high & stormy with a mizling rain all day, & often raining very hard: a very poor Fair to day at LLanerchmedd.
