February 12th. The Wind E. & by S. calm, and Snowing more or less all the day, so that before night it was 6 or 7 inches ^thick^ upon level ground, & nothing of it melted at 10 – at night when I went to bed. |
13th. The Wind E. & by N. very calm with a thick small rain frequently most part of the day, so that by midnight all the snow was clean melted· |
14th. The Wind S. S. W· blowing very high & stormy about 3 in the morning, and very fresh all day, made severall showers- most part of the morning, but the Evening was dry & some sun shine . |
15th. The Wind S. W. blowing fresh, generally Sun Shine and drying well all day: Pd. Shadrach ab ifan Pŷrs the Butcher is. [1/- sw] for Slaughter – ing cattle for the use of the house. |
16th. The Wind S. W. blowing fresh, & for the most part high, & raining hard all the morning: the Evening was something dry, but the Air was thick & very moist: Pd. Rhŷs Bentir 5s. for Meat had to day & the week before · |

W. blowing fresh & raining all the morning & till near noon when it left off, as it did for the most part of the Evening: but at the fall of night it begun to rain in earnest and rained excessive hard accompanyed with a great storm of wind for most part of the night. |
18th. The Wind S. W. blowing moderate & raining all the morning- almost; and made in the Evening severall excessive heavy showers of rain and hail : The Priest preached on Mat: Chap: 7th. verse 7th. |
19th. The Wind W. calm and dry and generally Sun shiny, but the Evening was cloudy and overcast & rained in the night. |
20th. The Wind S. W. blowing fresh & raining in the morning & some- showers in the Evening: the night was very stormy & brought the Wind to N. W which bulged a Ship(that had taken in Barley for Liverpool ) at Cemaes . |
