April i9th.  The Wind S.W. & by W. blowing fresh cloudy & dark but made no rain all this day neither tho it was very threat[i sw]n[in sw]g

20th.  The Wind S.W. blowing pretty fresh, cloudy, dark & overcast all this also, yet it made no rain all this day also.

2ist.  The Wind S. blowing fresh and raining in the morning till 8, the rest of the day was dry and some sun shine.

22d.  The Wind S.W. blowing fresh and not cold, cloudy & dark for the most part, yet it made not great rain.

23d.  The Wind S. W. blowing fresh with frequent small showers of rain this day also both morning and Evening.

24th.  The Wind S.W· blowing fresh with some rain early in the morning, but the rest of the day was dry, fair and pleasant·

25th.  The Wind E. very calm and warm, with frequent showers of small rain especially in the Evening: Paid Marged ’chuw – Morus 2s. for a Side of Veal.

26th.   9❍[this is written vertically in the margin below '26th.' sw] The Wind E. S. E. very calm, some sun shine but dry all this day; the great rain it made last night has rendred – the ground almost as wet as it has been this year.

27th.  The Wind W. blowing moderate, cloudy, dark & raining in the morning as it did very hard last Night, but the rest of the day was dry: The Priest preached on Exod; Chap: 20th. verse 7 th.

28th.  The Wind N. W. blowing pretty fresh & drying well all this – day, tho generally dark & cloudy: Paid Thomas Prichard the Cooper 6s. 5d. for work & 7s. for Alder boards he bought for me at Cemaes: pd. also 7d. for fish ·

29th. The Wind N.W. blowing fresh and exceeding cold, especially in in the Evening, and attended all the morning with frequent showers of Sleet and hail; the Evening was dry.

30th.  The Wind in the morning was at W. blowing fresh & very – cold, yet drying well; about noon it came to S.W. &So to S. and about 3 it begun to rain which continued all the rest of ye Evening– This Day I finished sowing of Oats .
