The Wind W. & by S. blowing very moderate & generally– Sun Shiny, and drying well all this day; Paid Ellen Edward 7s. of her winter's wages, & Pd. 6s. 6d. for two pails,& 6d. given servants that were hired to day at LLanerchymedd Fair which was a very full one, and great demands for Oxen & Cows both lean and fat, but the Sheep were a mere drug & their price very low. |
7th. The Wind in the morning at E. came before noon to N. W. and except a small shower in the morning & another about 5 in the Evening all this day was drying well, and generally Sun Shine. |
8th. The Wind W. & by N. and made showers of rain early in the morning, the rest of the day was sun shiny, fair & drying well. |
