November 18th.  The Wind S.W. calm, close weather, & very cloudy all day. this being LLanfechell Wakes day — I spent 6d. for Ale after Evening prayer.

The Wind S.W. very calm, close weather, haveing rained hard last night, the grounds are extream wett and dirty.my people are still at the same work of fallowing for Barley at Ferem.

20th.  The Wind N.E. very calm, sun-shiny and warm all day –
21st.  The Wind S.S.W. raining very hard from i in the morning – almost without intermission till 7 at night.
22d.  The Wind variable, but very cold & raining almost all day –
23d.  The Wind varying all this day too; and raining almost all day, a very poor market at LLanfechell.
24th.  The Wind at N.W. very cold & raw, but raining more or less all <day> my people all this week a fallowing for Barley at Ferem as long as they could stand out for the rain.
25th.  The Wind N.N.W. blowing high and very cold, but did continue dry, and without any rain all ye day and night. the Parson preached on John Chap 4th. vers. 23d. a very good honest disco[a sw]rse.
26th.  The Wind N.W. blowing very cold all day, but dry, clear & fair, my people still at the same work of plowing at before.
27th.  The Wind variable & changeing all day, & raining more or less till 7 at night. pd. William Talant 1L. 1s. of his– wages.
28th.  The Wind varying all this day likewise, & raining a dirty mizling rain frequently till night.
29th. The Wind varying all this day from N.W. to E.S.E. & S. but continued all this day dry and fair.
