| i6th. The Wind N. E. blowing fresh & exceeding cold & scorching, made a very great shower of hail about 8 in the morning; |

The Wind W. blowing fresh, cloudy & dark, made some rain in the morning about 6 and a great shower of hail afterwards, and rained very hard again from i0 till past noon which brought the wind back again to N. & NW. & blew high & exceeding cold: pd. 6s. i0d.2/1 for 5 yards & half of flannel to make Ann Wright peticoats. |
