Dick LLanllyfny's Son, for Burglary & fellony, against Joh..David [both Nesta Evans and Helen Ramage give 'Davis' sw] the Miller of Frogwy for killing his Maid, against an old woman of Llangaffo for stealing 40s. the last haveing comitted no burglary & being the first offence was burnt in the hand, the Miller found guilty of Manslaughter onely was likewise burnt in the hand John Prichard was condemned to be hanged, which will be executed upon him the 10th. day of May next. dropped 7s. 6d more in the Jury Chamber toward our expenses, gave 1s Charity, rained hard this Night — pd 9d to a Llanllechyd man for a cock. |
