June 20th.  The Wind S.S.W. blowing fresh, and cloudy and dark all the morning: and made a good deal of rain in the Evening about 3. cleared up afterwards, & was fair the— rest of the day.

The Wind S. haveing rained hard sometime before day this morning . about ii it begun to rain again and continued raining pretty hard till 6 in the  – Evening, but from that time till day it rained very hard.

22d.  The Wind N. N. E. what there was of it, but very calm all day, cloudy & dark in the morning, but dry, and – from 10 till very far in the night it was generally rainy
23d  The Wind S.W. dark, cloudy weather & rain, together with Sun shine by turns all the morning, and very sultry at the same time; the Evening generally dry. Pd. Abraham Jones's bill being 12s. 5d.
24th.  The Wind S. W. dark and cloudy in the Morning, have– – ing rained hard before day, and afterwards about 5. Set out about 9 for LLanerchmedd to Join Mr. Lewis in hearing offences against the laws of Excise. finished all the buisnes by 5, & was at home by 7. I had forgott to mention in its proper place, that Mr. Francis LLoyd,(whom they call Doctor because he was about 6 weeks in Guy's Hospitall under— cure for an ail ing he had) and his wife came to Rhos – -beirio to settle for good and all on Friday the i8th. — Instant.
25th.  The Wind S.W. close air & very hot & Sultry . it begun to rain about 2 & rained incessantly hard till 6 . To day I begun to mow my hay.
