i3th.  The Wind E. blowing moderate, cloudy & dark & raining pretty hard from i0 in the morning till 3 in the Evening: Paid Wm. Griffith & partners 3L. i3s. 6d. which with 2L. 17s.Pd'.– him before is 6L. 10s. 6d. in full for i400 Measures & half of Red. Wharf Sand brought to Cemaes: Pd. likewise to Wm. Jones in a Beaumares Vessell iL. i6s. for 4 Hundred, & to John Wms. in a Vessell from Conway 1L. 2s. 6d. for 3 Hundred&half to Wm. Pugh LLoyd i3s. 6d. which with iL. 7s. I paid him before in full for 400 Measures & half .
i4th.  The Wind E. & by N. dark & overcast all the morning, Sunshiny all the Evening, yet the wind cold all this day; & rained pretty hard in the night: Pd. Ann Warmingham i2s. 6d. for course cloath she had bought for me in Dublin, & pd. Marged ’chuw Morus 2s. for Butcher 's meat·

i6th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, cloudy & dark & raining hard in the morning till 7: therest of the day was dry & cloudy.
17th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, cloudy & dark for the most part in the morning & rained hard for an hour about ii, the Evening was– dry, Sun Shiny & warm : Pd. Ellin Lewis all her winter's wages being i8s. & gave her 2s. 6d. over and above.
i8th.  The Wind S. blowing pretty fresh, cloudy & dark weather & cold for the time of the year, begun to rain about i in the Evening, & rained more or less all the rest of the day.
i9th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh, cloudy dark & hazy weather all day and made a dirty mizling rain from 6 in the Evening till night:Set out about i0 to LLanerchymedd to Join my Brother Lewis in hearing offences against the laws of Excise, and was sufficiently wetted by ye time I came home about 8 in the Evening .
