❍11 [this is written opposite this entry sw] July 28th.  The Wind W. & by S. very moderate and warm all day; cloudy and dark all the morning &till 4 in the Evening, the rest of the day Sunshiny and clear.
29th.  The Wind came to N. & by W. by some showers of rain it made from 4 in the morning till 7. the rest of the day was dry, and the Evening Sun Shiny and pleasant, & my people worked in ye hay.
30th.  The Wind N. & by E. calm, sun shiny, warm & pleasant, and a very great dew this morning; but made good weather in the hay in the Evening: This Evening the House Kiln that was build 2 years ago by Cemaes Mill, and covered with slate, was burnt almost all out.
3ist.  The Wind N.N.E. very calm and warm, generally cloudy all this day till 4 in the Evening; from that time till night Sun shiny clear and fair: The Priest preached on Mat. Chap 7th. verse 12th.
August ist.  The Wind W. in the morning calm sun [there is a line with a loop above it over 'un' sw] shiny fair & warm, about 3 in the Evening it came to S.W. grew cloudy & dark, & blew fresh about night. Aberffraw Fair proved but indifferent, not a beast sold there till 2 in the Evening, & then no Extraord – -inary number nor great prices.
2d.  The Wind S. S. W. blowing fresh cloudy & dark all day, and severall small showers of mizling rain in the morning; the Evening was dry, but still dark and overcast till night.
3d.  The Wind S. S. W. very calm and raining almost incessantly from before midnight last night till after sunset this day; A very poor, thin Market to day at LLanerchmedd.
4th.  The Wind N.W. calm with a mizling rain in the morning, cloudy and dark; most part of the Evening was sunshiny, fair & pleasant.
5th.  The Wind N. very calm, Sun shiny clear & fair almost all day; finished to day carrying home my Turf, & likewise rakeing the rest of my hay.
6th.  The Wind E. blowing something fresh in the morning & untill 3 in the Evening; but sunshiny & fair all day: To Day I be- –gun to make my hay into Stacks: Pd. the Excise Officer my Composition money for Malt, being i5 shillings·
7th.  The Wind E. & by N. very moderate, Sunshiny, fair & warm all day: a very great congregation to day at LLanfechell Church.
8th.  The Wind N.E. blowing very moderate, Sun shiny, fair & warm all day: My people all this day are carrying hay & making ît into Stacks ·
