December 3d. The Wind variable, but generally E. freezed pretty hard last night, & a great hoar frost this morning: the Day throughout very calm, Sun-shiny & fair, lent my poor Daughter 5s to give ye Doctor's Wife that came to see ^her^ in this her long & dangerous illness. |
4th. The Wind S.E. cloudy and dark, and very cold raw weather all day: A very poor Market at LLanfechell this day . |
5th. The Wind S.S.E. calm & warm, but generally dark and cloudy all day, made some little rain on the fall of night my people all this week fallowing fresh ground at Brynclyni as before . pd the Constables of LLanfechell 23d. tax to the use of the house of correction at Holy head. pd. 2d. for fish . |
