August 27th.  The Wind S. blowing high all day, cloudy & dark, yet it made no rain, & was very good weather for ye reapers
28th.  The Wind W. & by N. blowing very moderate, Sun shiny hot & dry all day · gave is. [1/- sw] Charity to 3 people yt had been slaves at Algier, & were going home to the West of England.
29th.  The Wind W. & by N. blowing moderate, Sun shiny fair and dry all day : To day & yesterday my people were finishing 3 stacks of hay ^which^that had been begun a week ago & left to sink & settle till now.
30th.  The Wind W. & by N. blowing moderate, Sun shiny, fair and dry generally all this day: bought of Rhŷs Bentir a quarter of Veal & the head for i9d. & quarter of Muttonfor2s. 3d.
3ist.  The Wind W. &by N. blowing very moderate, and generally –Sun shiny fair & dry all this day : My people all this week ( except the 2 days they were makeing the hay stacks ) were reap –ing Barley .
September ist. ❍6 [this is written vertically below 'September ist.' sw] The Wind N.E. & by E. blowing very moderate, Sun Shiny fair and dry,(but not very warm ) all day; a very great dew on the ground this morning: there was but a thin congregation to day at LLanfechell Church occasioned by LLanfair Wakes.
2d.  The Wind N. calm, Sun shiny dry and hot weather all this day .
3d.  The Wind N. calm, sun shiny, hot weather all this day also 
4th.  The Wind N. very calm, sun shiny hot & very sultry weather all this day likewise , and a very great dew falls every night- Pd. 1d. for fish -
5th.  The Wind N. W. blowing moderate, Sun shiny fair & dry for the most part of this day, onely some of the Evening was cloudy, & little or no dew on the ground this morning . pd. 3d. for fish.
6th.  The Wind W. S. W. blowing moderate; for the most part Sun shiny& fair, but dry all day: pd. Marged uch Huw morus i4d. for a quarter & Veal & 4d. for the head·
7th.  The Wind W. cloudy often & threatening rain, but made none to speak of - my people all this week were at Corn harvest work : pd. 6d. for fish.
