December 23d.  The Wind E. calm, and for the most part cloudy and dark and raw cold weather all day: Gave John Jones of haven y Mŷcht is. 6d Charity, his wife & 2 Children being at this time lying Sick.
24th.  The Wind E. & very little of it, but very cold & raw weather cloudy and dark: Gave a poor woman of LLanbadrig 3s – being the mother of 5 small Children . Pd. Wm. ’Bwiliam Bed - – ward 2s. 6d. for Tinker's work.
25th.  The Wind S. and very calm & raining in the morning before day; and the rest of the day was cloudy & cold raw weather.
26th.  The Wind S.  blowing high & very stormy from 2 in the morning till i2 at fore noon and raining hard about 3 in the morning;but the Evening of this day was sun shiny & the wind much abated.
27th.  The Wind S. very calm, dark cloudy weather all day, and made some rain in the night·
28th.  The Wind S. blowing very fresh and raining in the morning till i0, the rest of the day was without raining, but cloudy & a moist Air.
29th.  The Wind S. & little of it, cloudy & dark, but dry all this day; yet it rained a great part of the Night.
30th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate, and raining long before day – with very little intermission till night.
3ist.  The Wind S. & blowing very moderate, cloudy & dark, but generally dry this day except a shower or two about noon. & this ends i759·
January ist. [on page 471 sw] begins the year i760.  which may it be so glorious to the Arms of England as the year i759 is the Prayer of every honest heart in England
