September 2d.  The Wind N. W. in the morning, calm, Sun shiny & warm: about noon it came to W. S. W. & a fresh breeze, & continued dry & generally Sun Shiny the rest of the day.
3d.  The Wind S. S. W. very moderate, and warm, but generally dark & cloudy, yet dry till 7 in the Evening when it made a great shower: My people to day are carrying in the Corn at Cnewchdernog, they had carryed in before 122 of Barley 68 shocks of Great Oats & 246 shocks of Small Oats, besides some Pease . which finished my havest.for which I give my Good God my– bounden thanks & Praise for the blessed weather vouchsafed us dureing all ye weather we have had dureing most part of the month of August·
4th.  The Wind S. blowing something fresh, but generally Sunshiny, fair and warm; Paid Jonet Roberts 2s. for 8 Ducks, & pd. Maharen Bâch's wife 2d. for Fish.
5th.  The Wind W. blowing high & cold, especially in the Evening, rained very hard this morning about i. which continued Some hours, the rest of the day was dry: lent my Mother 20s. (who blessed be God is pretty well recovered now of her late indisposition)
6th.  The Wind W. blowing high and very cold; and generally cloudy and dark, yet it continued dry all day: The Priest preached onJob: Chap: 5th. verse 7th.

The Wind W. blowing high & very cold, with frequent showers of rain, in the morning: The Evening dry but continued very cold all day : My people are now in the wet ditch below Ferem makeing that broader and very deep, being my boundary between me & Ty'n y Lôn & Cors y ddafad.

8th.  The Wind W. & raining hard in the morning; the rest of the day dry and fair & not cold; they took some herrings to day at Cemaes, being the first this year. rained again in the night .
9th.  The Wind N. E. very moderate, Sun shiny fair & dry all day: My people finished the great Ditch at Ferem; The Market at LLanerchmedd exceeding slow, nothing of any sort of Corn sold there .
10th.  The Wind E. blowing fresh & cold, Sun Shiny & dry all day: My people are thatching the Corn all these days. 
iith.  The Wind E. N.E. blowing fresh, cloudy, dark weather & very cold all day: A pretty full Market to day at LLanfechell. Pd. 3d. for two Teals.
12th.  The Wind N. very calm & warm, but cloudy & overcast, yet made no rain till 8 at night when it rained very hard most part of the night.
13th.  The Wind N. blowing pretty fresh and cold, & generally dark & cloudy, & raining hard before day.but was dry from Sun to Sun: Pd. my Sister Katherine 25 pounds being the remainder of Interest due to her & my Sister Edwards for last year's Interest for 700L. I owe them by Mortgage.
14th.  The Wind W. blowing high & stormy , especially in the Evening,& night when it made some heavy showers: The Fair to day at Newborough was very bad, No buying of any Sort of Cattle.
