October 2d.  The Wind S.E. dark & cloudy in the Morning about 10 it begun to rain hard, & continued very near 2 hours; the Evening dry fair and pleasant, pd 2d for Eggs.

3d.  The Wind E.S.E. a fair calm Sun-shiny day, was out with– Mr. Wright &c a courseing & killed 5 Hares out of 9 ·

4th.  The Wind S.W. dark raw weather, & rained hard from 3 in the Evening till 7 at night: the Markett very slow at LLan- -erchymedd. Lent Owen Hughes the Smith of Pen y Bont

5th.  The Wind S.W. a raw dark day, & rained in the Evening, & very hard in the night, & I believe all night, my people still at the same work as before.
6th.  The Wind W. the Weather calm, dirty & rainig most part of the morning. the Evening a little dryer & fairer, a very good Market to day at LLanfechell.
7th.  The Wind W and by N. raw, wett weather, & raining most part of the Morning, the Evening dry, but the ground exceeding wett.
8th.  The Wind N.W. raw weather, & raining most part of the Morning; the Evening dry, but cold & dark.
9th.  The Wind W. moderately warm,dark & cloudy, and made some rain in the night.
10th.  The Wind S. blowing very high all day, and rained excessive hard all night long.
iith.  The Wind W. calm & warm, but overcast with clouds, rained 2 or 3 great showers in the Evening, but afterwards dry & warm ·
12th.  The Wind W. & by N. cold raw weather, & stormy, & rained very hard in the Morning, & some showers in the Evening, & made excessive rain most part of the night, Aberffraw Fair to day proved very indifferent, the rates much fallen, & little buying.
