December 14th.  The Wind W. & tho blowing moderate, yet the Air cold & raw, but generally Sun shiny and fair all day.
15th.  The Wind S. very moderate, warm and fair, & generally Sun shiny all day, but made a great deal of rain before day and blew high & stormy. 
16th.  The Wind S. blowing very moderate, and generally Sun shiny and warm all day: The Corn Market at LLanerchmedd has been for these 2 or 3 markets something higher, Barley haveing risen from 10 to ii. & now to 12s. a pegget.
17th.  The Wind S. S. W. blowing fresh and something cold & raw weather, about i0 it begun to rain, and rained without intermiss- – ion, & often very hard till almost night: the night I believe was all dry, and generally the wind was very high ·
18th.  The Wind S. S. W. blowing fresh, dry in the morning, but dark and cloudy; about ii it rained exceeding hard, but the Evening was dry, but windy and cold.
19th.  The Wind W. in the morning and blowing fresh, cloudy & dark, came to S. about noon, very warm & open weather; My people all this– week at the Same work in fallowing at the New Park in Coydan: Paid 4d. for fish. & 3s. 6d. for weaving course linnen cloath·

The Wind S. very calm and warm open weather, but cloudy and overcast with some mizling rain in the morning, & a great shower about one in the Evening: The Priest preached on – Numb. Chap: 23d. & ye last part of the 10th. vers.

21st.  The Wind E. very calm and warm all the morning, the Evening cold, and the night warm & pleasant; all the day & night cloudy and dark; Sent to fetch Gracy Wright from Beaumares School, & Sent by the man 3s. to bear his expences.
22d.  The Wind S. very calm and warm, and generally Sun shiny in the morning; yet the Air very close , thick and moist.
23d.  The Wind S. calm and raining pretty hard before day; afterwards a dark, smoaky Air with some small mizling rain almost all day,but much more so from i0 to i in the Evening, So that my people were forced to leave off plowing.
24th.  The Wind ^E^S. very calm, Sun shiny, fair and warm all day: Besides the Corn & flesh distributed to day among the poor in generall,I gave 7s. 6d. in money among the most impotent & helpless poor, to some 1s. & to – some 6d. according as they were: pd. 2s. 5d. for a stock lock.
25th.  The Wind E & moderate, Sun shiny & fair, but something cold, and a hoar frost this morning; The Priest preached in ye first morning service before day (as I was told, for I was not there ) on John Chap: ist. 16th. vers . in the Second morning Service, there was a Sacrament, where about 90 persons comunicated [there is a wiggly line over the 'm' sw].
