March 3d.  The Wind N. N. E.and very little of it, dark foggy weather and a moist Air, but made no rain: pd. is. 4d. for makeing new bottoms to 3 Corn Sieves.
4th.  The Wind N.E. and little of it, Sun shiny, dry fair & pleasant all this day·
5th.  The Wind W.S.W. calm and dark cloudy weather, but dry allthis day also: Pd. for a hind quarter of Veal weighing onely 9 pound 2/1 2s.
6th.  The Wind W. S.W. very calm cloudy & overcast all this day also, yet it continued dry & made no rain .
7th.  The Wind N.W. blowing moderate, Sun shiny, fair and clear all this day from Sun rise to its setting; There has not been a bit of Butcher's meat in LLanfechell Market since before Christmas.
8th.  The Wind W.S.W. and little of it, pretty cold & chilly with a dark cloudy sky all this day, yet it made no rain: My people all this week were plowing for Great Oats: gave the Apparitor [an officer in ecclesiastical courts sw] of Bangor is. [1/- sw] who brought me the forms of Prayer to be used next Fryday ^the fourteenth Instant^ being a Solemn Fast appointed to be kept to implore God's Mercies & to humble our selves by sincere penitence for our Sins, and to crave his protection and Succour in assisting us in a Just War we are engaged with ye French our cruel Enemies·
9th.  The Wind W & by S. and little of it, cloudy an overcast yet it continued dry all this day also.
i0th.  The Wind E. & by N. blowing moderate, haveing freezed last night & a thick hoar frost this morning, but all this day was bright & Sun shiny.
iith.  The Wind W. & by N. blowing moderate, Some sun shine, but for the most part it was cloudy & dark, but made no rain .
i2th.  The Wind S. W. blowing pretty fresh before day & raining hard about 3 in the morning, but the rest of the day was dry.
i3th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh and raining hard this morning also about 3 and untill near day; the rest of the day was dry & Sun shiny Pd. Wm. Bevan 3s. for labouring work·
i4th.  The Wind S. blowing moderate & generally Sun Shiny, but dry all day Paid Henry Wms. now liveing at Wylfa wen 7s. 6d. what he had laid out for me at Liverpool for half dosen knives & forks.
