E. blowing very moderate, & exceeding cold in the morning; the Evening was warmer & little wind, and all the day dark & cloudy yet dry: About 3 in the Evening I – took my leave of the family of LLysdulas ( haveing given- 6s. among the Servants ) and was at home long before 5· |

7th. The Wind S.S.W. blowing moderate, and much colder than the preceding days when the Wind was at E. & N. E.yet continued dry all day, but made some rain in the Night. Paid Mr.Roberts of Bodiar 20 pounds being his Interest money secured by a – Mortgage upon Bodneva which Mr. Wright gave him: Paid him likewise i pounds one shilling & 6d. being 3 year's Rent in full to last Michaelmas for the King's lands in my holding namely 4s. 8d. for the King ’s lands in Drym &2s. 6d. for a– quillet in Cnewchdernog : gave the Parson's Maid is. where I had Supped this night. |
8th. The Wind S. W. blowing moderate & not cold, cloudy & dark – weather all day, but made no rain till night when it rained most part of the night very hard. |
