February 21st.  The Wind S. blowing high & stormy all day, and very cold: about 3 in the Evening it begun to rain a driveing rain, which it continued with little interruption till 7 at night ·
22d.  The Wind S.W. blowing fresh, cold & raw all day, made some rain about noon, the rest of the day dry; but cold .
23d.  The Wind W. blowing very cold but dry all day. Had an acct. that my Daughter was on this day Senight the 16th.. Instant delivered of a Son.
24th.  The Wind S. W. calm, Sun shiny & very pleasant weather all day . at night which was very fair & pleasant a very great Circle appeared abt. the Moon.
25th.  The Wind S. S. W.  blowing high, cold, dark & cloudy with some rain about 6 in ye morning. about 3 in the Evening it rained very heavy, and continued till near 5. pd. 1s. for a couple of Rabits no flesh meat in LLanfechell Market this day neither
26th.  The Wind S. blowing fresh but not cold, Sun – shiny & fair all day, my People all this week where rain did not hinder were plowing, at other times carrying stone to the hedge in Cae'r LLorriau.

27th.    11 ❍ [this is written in the margin immediately below '27th.' sw] 

 The Wind S. S. W. blowing fresh, cold and raw; rained hard from 10 to half an hour past Eleven; the Evening fair and dry. The Priest preached on– Psa[l sw]· 119th. & the 106th. vers.
