November i3th.  the Wind N. E. blowing moderate, yet very cold & for the most part cloudy & dark, made very little rain – dureing the day, but rained a great deal in the night : The Curate Priest preached on Psalm 89.th. & verse 48th. a good sermon but most shockingly delivered Pd. Richd. Owen i0s. 6d. of his Sumer's [there is a wavy line over the 'm' sw] wages.
i4th.  The Wind N.W. blowing fresh & cold all day, yet made little or no rain: LLanerchymedd Fair was full of Cattle & a great many bought; fat Cows for Butchers bore a great price; & so did yearling & 2 yearling Cattle, but Oxen sold but indifferent 
i5th.  The Wind S. W. blowing moderate, dark cloudy weather & raining for the most part of the day.Pd.Wm.Prys i0s. for his Sumer's [there is a cup-shaped line over the 'm' sw] service
i6th.  The Wind W. & by S. blowing fresh but not very cold, & dry all this day, yet it made a great deal of rain in the night: Pd. John Mc. Mullein a scotch Pedlar 9s. 6d. for 2 handkerchiefs for Ann - Wright & pd. him 2s. for two Boxes of Scotch Pîlls.
i7th.  The Wind W. & by S. blowing very moderate, Sun shiny, fair & pleasant weather all this day; Yesterday being my name day namely the 5th. of November according to the old Style when I enter - ed on my 67th year of my Age, I sincerely supplicate Almighty God for a pardon& forgiveness of my past Sins & offences agst. him, and to give me his Grace to lead the upright life of a [X sw]ion [presume WB means 'scion' sw] - the rest of my days. Amen .
i8th.  The Wind S. W. blowing fresh, dark cloudy weather all day,cold & raw, attended with frequent showers of heavy rain: Paid Jane Wms. of Plâs ynghemlyn 3 pounds 5s. for a Cow, & 30 shillings & 6d. for three Measures of Wheat: & pd. Rhŷs Bentir 3s. for a side of Mutton .
i9th.  The Wind S. W. blowing very high, cloudy & dark weather all day with some sharp showers which did not in the least allay the wind which continued very high till i0 at night .
20th.  The Wind S. blowing very moderate & generally Sun shiny & fair all day·
2ist.  The Wind S. calm, sun shiny fair & pleasant till i0 in the morning,from wch. time till near i0 at night it blew high & in the night blew a great storm attended with heavy rains all the night·
22d.  The Wind S. W. blowing fresh, cloudy, dark & raw weather all this day– & rained exceeding hard about 3 in the morning: Paid Wm. Sionab ifan i6s. for a Calf & 15s. 6d. for three wethers·
