| 25th. The Wind S.S. W. and raining either a Sleet or hail from 3 in the morning till 5, was sun shiny, fair & dry after Sun rise and blowing fresh all day and did not make any rain· |
| 26th. The Wind S. blowing exceeding high & stormy all day,especially about ii in the morning my people were forced to leave off plowing to save the Corn stack that the Wind was blowing over the hedges. it rained very hard about 2 in the Evening which allayed a little of it, but it continued to blow stormy all the day. |
