July 7th.  The Wind W. & by N. very moderate, cloudy & dark all the morning till near noon, then some little sun shine,but soon over & the rest of the day dark & overcast; Pd. [3 sw]d. for fish.
8th.  The Wind W. & by N. calm and cloudy weather all the morning with a mizling rain till 9 . afterwards dry but still cloudy and dark, but something sultry: My people all this week are in the hay when the weather permits, & when not they were — carrying home the Peat from Cae'r Mynydd for Winter fuel.
9th.  The Wind W. & by N. very calm, Sun shiny fair & warm all — this day from the riseing of the Sun to its Setting:The Priest preached on Mat. Chap: 25th. verse 4i. Unmercifull Doctrine!
i0th.  The Wind N. very calm & generally Sun Shiny hot Sultry– weather all day; gave 6d. to Solomon Mathew my Brother – Lewis's Man that brought me a piece of very fine Salmon.
iith.  The Wind W. very calm, but warm & generally Sun shiny from 9 in the morning till 5 in the Evening, & the first & last part of the day was cloudy and overcast: This Day James Lord — Bulkeley was marryed at LLanfairynghornwy Church to Miss Emma Rowlands Daughter & Sole Heiress to Thomas Rowlands of Caera Esqr.
12th.  The Wind W. & by N. very calm & sultry, but generally cloudy & overcast all the morning; the Evening Sun shiny & clear: pd. Owen Hughes the Taylor 1s. 6d.for makeing me a Silk Waistcoat.
i3th.  The Wind W. calm all the Morning & raining from Sun rise to 6 a clock; the rest of the day was sun Shiny & dry, & blowing fresh all the Evening: Sold. the Hay growing on Gerddi — Ewynion together with the Ed[g-grew sw] to Owen Hughes Taylor for 6s. to be paid at Allsaints next·
i4th.  The Wind S. blowing high, hot & scorching and generally clear sky &Sun shiny all this day: A pretty good flesh Market to — day at LLanfechell .
i5th.  The Wind S. blowing very high, hot & scorching all day & generally sun Shiny, but about 8 at night it begun to rain, & made a great deal dureing the night ·
16th.  The Wind S. blowing high & stormy & raining hard from i in the morning till near Sun rise, the rest of the day was intervals of rain and [& sw] dry Weather, but continued windy & stormy all day & all night.
