17th. 12.● [this is written in the margin below '17th.' sw] The Wind S. cloudy, dark & raw weather in the morning, made a sharp shower about 8 which was soon over, the rest of the day was dry, but cloudy, dark & cold. The Parson preached a piece of a Sermon on Acts Chap. 3d. vers. 19th. |

| 19th. The Wind N.W. very calm, Sun shiny, fair & warm all day, Pd. the Collector of LLanddeusant 28s. 8d. land tax for two quarterly payments for my lands in that parish. |

| 21st. The Wind N.N.W. very calm, haveing made a — great hoar frost last night. but all day was sunshiny fair & warm; about ii I set out for Bodorgan to visit Mr. Meyrick, haveing not been there yet since he came to the Countrey . came to Bodorgan about 3 where I– found the family well. |
