June 4th.  The Wind S. W. raining hard all the Morning till 8, fair & warm all day afterwards. to day my people finished carrying the Stones to the wall at Coydan
5th.  The Wind E.N.E. raining very hard in the Morning till 7 & the Wind very cold, the Parson preached on Heb. Chap. ii & the latter part of the 6th. vers. the Evening very cold
6th.  The Wind N.E. very cold all day, but fair and clear. to day Henry Jones of Bwlch erected Scaffolds about the Steeple of LLanvechell, in order to raise & repair the____ Cupola, & point that and the Tower, pd. Robert ap Huw Prŷs the Shoomaker 1s. for mending my Shooes.
7th.  The Wind N.E. dry and very cold, and continued so all day_ walked in the Evening to Rhosbeirio about buisness, and – returned home before night.
8th.  The Wind N. blowing very cold. To Day the New Vane or Weather-Cock was set up on LLanfechell Spire, my people every day weeding the Corn, pd 1s. for Ale to give the Workmen, pointing the Steeple . a very poor Fair at Aberffraw to day, little asking, & less buying –
9th. The Wind N.N.E.very cold, dry & scorching. The Fair to day at LLannerch y Mêdd, alias LLannerchymeddwon, very poor, worse if possible than Aberffraw, my Servants in the Morning dischargeing 2 Sand Boats, Weeding the Corn in the Evening.
10th.  The Wind N.N.E. very cold in the Morning, the Evening warm and pleasant, a pretty good Markett to day at LLanfechell, both for Fish and Flesh, the Flower de Luce above the Vane being not in a right position.E.& W. the same was rectified to day, N.B. the Flower de Luce, & the Ball above it, & the Lyon that points to the Wind are all gilded at my charge
