July 3ist.  The Wind N. E. very calm, cloudy, dark & Sultry till 9; the rest of the day Sun shiny & extream hott, Aberffraw Fair to day proved very good, for fat Cattle especially.
August ist.  The Wind E. blowing fresh, yet very Sutry, sunshiny and clear all day .
2d.  The Wind E moderately calm sun shiny & dry all day Today I begin to make my hay into stacks.
3d.  The Wind E. & by N. blowing fresh in the morning, the Evening calmer, but sun shiny & dry all day, my Servants still at the Same work; pd. Smith ye Excise officer 15s. being my composition for Mault.
4th.  The Wind E. blowing fresh & Sunshiny all day. my people at the same work as before. The Market at LLanerchmedd very full & much the same as to price. Sowed last week in the Same bed in the Wall Garden Cauly flower in ye North End of the bed, next to them English Cabbage, & Sugar loaf Cabbage next the South .

The Wind N.E. very calm & fair, Sunshiny hot & Sultry all day, but a very great dew this morning which it makes also every day this fortnight; made all my hay at home in to stacks, My hay at Cnewchdernog being not all yet ready; The Market to day at LLanerch –medd very full, & something fallen; and agreat deal of new corn there .
